Our search for quality is a never-ending process. We carefully evaluate each and every item in terms of freshness, appearance and taste. Our products are sourced from premium suppliers, then respectfully handled and carefully packaged to ensure they reach the end consumer in absolute peak condition.
We go to great lengths to search out unusual gourmet products which are highly sought after by discerning consumers. At the same time, we endeavour to provide these at an affordable price point, thereby making them accessible to everyone.
Sourcing a product, though, is only half the process. Once it enters our factory, each item is rigorously checked, before being hand-sliced and packaged. Most items are vacuum sealed, ensuring a long shelf life under refrigeration. We pride ourselves on the great care and attention given to every item that leaves our premises.
