How to Order
1. Visit the Products tab and browse through the menu selecting the products you are looking for entering the unit and quantity. As you choose each product it will be collected in your shopping cart. You can view your cart at anytime.
2. Go to My Cart once you have finished shopping to view the list of products selected. You are able to delete or modify quantities. Once you are happy with your order you can proceed to checkout.
3. Checkout by entering the details requested and any necessary notes. Your order will display an approximate cost of your purchases. You will not be asked to enter any credit card details. DeliVer does not store any sensitive information or credit card details on this website.
4. Order Confirmation will be done via phone within a few hours of receiving your order. One of our staff will call you to confirm the availability of items, calculate the final cost including the delivery fee and process your payment. We will then notify you via email confirming your order and expected delivery date.
5. Delivery will be made between the agreed time. Someone must be available to receive and sign for the delivery of goods. If no one is present to accept the delivery goods will be returned and delivered the following scheduled delivery day with an additional $10 delivery fee. Please check your email for any notifications or updates and if you have any queries, don’t hesitate to contact us.

All our products on-line are identically priced to our retail shop.
Shelf Life
All products display an expiry date. Cheeses and small goods are cut and sliced to order then vacuumed sealed to ensure freshness and enhance their shelf life.
Availability
We pride ourselves on the freshness of all our products, so whilst most of the time we have a balanced stock relative to the expected demand, occasionally we may run out of some items. When confirming your order we will notify you about any items out of stock and advise on its next availability.

We ensure you get the freshest produce and the longest use by dates available. We ask ourselves "would I buy it?" and we do not send out anything that is not of the highest quality and freshness.
When packing your order we take the utmost care - just like you would if you were shopping for yourself. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re not happy. Please let us know within 24 hours from delivery and we’ll fix it.
